However, when we tried your fudge something very strange happened, we ate it up at once, a whole 1-pound box and we called you for more! Your fudge is just perfect. It melts gentle in the mouth, the amount of "sugars" is exact, it is light on the stomach, and the ingredients are very high quality, just starting with that the cacao from South America! We enjoyed your Special Dark fudge with walnuts. It has a deep, pleasing dark chocolate flavor, in contrast to most fudge, which has a sweeter, less flavorful milk-chocolaty taste. It didn't last long, even with a barrage of post-holiday treats around the winery. I think you are making a good product, and I wish you the best of luck with it.
