Rich Rainforest Dark Fudge
In the early 1990’s I took charge of my own health. I began to exercise and eat whole organic foods. I lost 35 pounds, no longer had diabetes and became very healthy. Now happier and healthier I connected with a lot of other people with the same mindset and they asked me to create an organic fudge recipe with dark chocolate because of its antioxidant qualities. After an extensive search and many experiments, I found a fair-trade, organic 65% bittersweet chocolate that won an award in a San Francisco Chronicle Chocolate festival recently. The flavor is rich and intense. The result was beyond my expectations. Many dark chocolate lovers have made this their favorite.
