Classic Semisweet Fudge
In the late 1960’s the three main flavors of fudge were semisweet, divinity and milk chocolate, the most popular being the semisweet. Forty years ago, starting with a recipe that was at least as old as I am, I began to experiment with different ingredients, different quantities of each ingredient and when to add each ingredient. After many failures and a few successes I developed what I thought was a pretty good recipe. Hundreds of other people seemed to agree. This new Organic version of this classic semisweet recipe is virtually the same but with less sweetness. The result is smooth, creamy and satisfying.
